Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed? We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been submitted.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that to follow your package's journey right to your door.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed in transit? If your order seems stuck or lost, reach out to us at our contact page and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Are your products sustainable or eco-friendly? Sustainability is important to us. We offer small-batch and handmade items and work with manufacturing partners who meet our quality and values standards.
How should I care for my candle to make it last longer? Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each burn, let the wax melt to the edges on the first use, and avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.

Returns & Exchanges
How do I initiate a return or exchange? Start a return or exchange through you customer account. This can be accessed on the Home Page. You can also reach out via the Contact Us page.
How long does it take to receive a refund? Once we receive and process your return, refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective? We're so sorry if that happened! Please reach out to us right away with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll make it right.
Can I exchange for a different size or color? Yes, exchanges are welcome on eligible items. Contact us and we'll do our best to get you what you need.
